again, I have not posted here, because I was getting crapped on by all those pumpers who were telling me at .035, how it was going to pop very soon, and I do not know what I am doing as an investor.........now that my stupidity has more light upon it, do remember something, the company "may" cancel the common, but issues new shares as compensation. i have seen this happen before, usually to bigger companies like this, not micro penny stocks, that have zero value...so, if you are under, do not cry yet, this may have a silver lining,......small, but one nonetheless..........good luck you all
