MERGER...I found it!! Don't read this...


- Nov. 13 President of $GLLK says in PR ..."pursuing potential acquisitions...Further updates will be announced in the upcoming weeks".

- Nov. 20 $AAEHD quarterly report filing states ..."On September 15, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a merger with All American Energy Corp."

- Scroll down to ITEM 6 second paragraph in the same filing above and $AAEHD says ..."On August 29, 2017, the Company entered into an LOI for a Lithium Mining Asset, and is looking to acquire
additional Mining Assets. Once definitive agreement is signed, The Company will be classified as an “exploration stage company”.

- Hmmmmmmm...an "exploration stage company"?!! Isn't that what $GLLK is?

- I found that in Cobalt, Ontario as of 2016 there has been a huge find in mining a metal for LITHIUM-ION batteries. Cobalt, Ontario is only 67 miles from $GLLK land which sits in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. MAKES YOU WONDER, DOESN'T IT?!!

- Also in the $AAEHD report in ITEM 6 third paragraph it states ..."The Merger is related to the Company’s revised business plan and the Company will be the surviving company of the Merger."

- Does this possibly indicate $GLLK found something in which benefits the growth of $AAEHD???? VERY INTERESTING!!

- That aside; in ITEM 8 it states ..."On May 2nd 2017, the Company has entered into a Consulting Agreement with Mr. Christopher P. Vallos, to serve as its President, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and sole member of the Board of Directors, effective May 2,2017."

- Going back to $GLLK PR on Nov. 13 it states ..."The company is currently working on the Fiscal Year-End Audit, which BF Borgers, CPA is the new auditor for Gold Lakes Corp." Scroll down to ITEM 9 THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS and it states the Accountant or Auditor is none other than BF Borgers CPA. Hmmmmmmmm...ANOTHER COINCIDENCE?!!


IMO; I believe after all this research, I recant my last post and Christopher Vallos has had good intentions all along and that $AAEHD and $GLLKD are mergering and potentially on the land of Gold Lakes they found something to benefit and grow All American Energy Corp. and considering Companies like Tesla are looking for rich Lithium mines other than the mines of Africa where child labor is found to be used, perhaps Mr. Vallos has a plan. The future is Lithium-Ion batteries for vehicle production moving solely in the direction of clean energy. Obviously this is just my opinion through research found from being frustrated with $GLLK. I use to have over 5 Million shares of $GLLK now I own just 1,050 so by no means am I a big shot...like I said out of frustrational research I came across all this info.

Either way; there's an announcement in the next week or two which is going to release who $AAEHD merged with and plus $GLLK even though they're delinquent in releasing their earnings report should also be releasing a report shortly as well. SO HUGE THINGS MAY HAPPEN STILL...I'm continuing to hold my lousy 1,050 shares.
