You fail to realize to diluter its irrelevant if they sell at $10 or 10 cents. They get shares at 82%, basically 20% discount. If they sell at $10 or 10 cents they make same amount of money. The quicker they sell the quicker they make money on their note and can reinvest it elsewhere. So any news will just get dumped into. Once news buyers get stuck and this continues death spiral whats going to happen? Not everyone is like you with endless money they can keep buying $2 to 2 cents and be happy.
