Yes, a big bid implies there is good support for the stock to rise.
But, keep in mind SOMETIMES there is a big bid there's only there for show and the person doesn't actually want it to fill. In this case their bid DID fill and they left it up. so that's a really good sign. Someone wanted 2 million shares of this stock today, and they got it.

Good sign for longs.
