It's worse than misleading. It evidenses more fraud by Cox IMO. Cox has been telling everybody that they would book revenue of $4.7M while WITHHOLDING that there would, in fact, be a huge loss. And he did it while he and the other "founding" investors dumped their shares.

A half truth with the obvious intention to deceive and so he could profit off of the losses of those who believed his misrepresentations.

More of the same scams as always.
