It's industry news and thus has upwards of a million things to do with ATTBF, but let me address your statement about cash, specifically.

Are you familiar with the X-Labs project? I'd argue timely cash is going to be pretty important here, if they actually follow through on that plan. You only get a slim window of opportunity to be a first-mover and build a brand name around the country. They're going to have to set up multiple lab locations and hire more staff. It won't be cheap and it'll have to be executed quickly.
