you are confusing company value with stock price. If the deal goes through, RETC will have a certain value or market cap.

Say for arguments sake, that Active Fashion Group has a value of $5 million. It was announced the proposed deal will be a share fro share exchange. From our point of view, it would benefit us if our shares were valued at .25 cents rather than 10 cents because we had have to issue less shares for the purchase.
