No news. No buys. No sells. No news, but even if they published a press release, it wouldn’t matter because as of today—11-22-17–we are still waiting for the current financials we were promised “in a few days” more than a month ago, on 10-17-17. Also, recall that exactly 5 months ago, on 6/22/17 we were promised in an 8K that the current filings would be produced within 71 calendar days—about 8/22/17–but never arrived nor did we get a contemporaneous explanation, only a lame excuse in early October 2017.

At worst, Brito and Silva appear to possibly be manipulative. At best, they are incompetents who are unresponsive (speaking personally) and don’t understand that even the most basic corporate actions (like banning reverse splits) must appear as an 8K within about 4 business days as is expressly required by SEC rules (a PR doesn’t suffice).

I don’t know what the future holds for $MSPC but I’m stuck with junk I can’t sell for even the slightest profit and I’m not happy.
