Hard to discuss anything when the posts get changed after replies.


Here's the deal. UNGS has no equity interest in AMHD. Wayne merely used assets of UGS to purchase his personal control of a shell for a future scam. Nothing that happens at AMHD effects a UNGS shareholder....except for having already paid for Wayne's new toy of course.

Now Wayne's new friend, the one who "sold" Wayne control is dumping his free Millions of shares.

Scams on scams.
