Well...I would have to go back and look, but there was that FB post from Seawave Finance that in French said something to that effect. That was in the Spring, I think. So, I think Kassett will eat the debt because he knows he will get paid, and the co. can spring to the big boards in a hurry. Why the billion extra shares? To fund growth.

I don't know. This one is a gamble.
