.......news from the uwbi BK CT and the FDC/billy martinez kangaroo pup tent is..........no news.......however, 1. the ITR APPEAL is pending, per billy's clerk......??????.......and 2. the SEC is reviewing "the deal"......within the uwbi BK......whatever the F/- that means.......and haynes won't comment on the ITR APPEAL which means he can't because there is a settlement, imo.......so no ITR APPEAL....think the FDIC is happy about that.......?????........

.......HOPE-fully, uwbi ENDS SOMEDAY.........and we believe the stock conversion agreement includes the proviso........."and CANCELLATION".......meaning........uwbi cusip GROPERS gonna git stock, and possibly cash....and then GIT wiped out......good sign, imo.....we'll see........
