Todays action is the perfect example of how past actions of the management team and company can hinder and frankly destroy a company's value to retail shareholders. Today has been one massive conversion by the warrant holders and while this may help in the long run, it destroys the ability of retail to see gains over the longer term, especially if you are a traders. If Spana has been successful in one thing, it has been with warrant distribution and paying insiders outlandish amount of shares, including himself and other leadership.....have never like this team.....unfortunate they are a user of the poison pill....

If there is any person I have come to know in investing over the past 10 years that can destroy retail shareholder better than Spana....I have yet to meet him or her. I truly consider him the poison pill in this company/investment. If ever given the opportunity to remove him, I would vote YES in record speed.
