You know I have complained along with many other points such as outside directors, a real CFO, audit committee, R/S, being up front, toxic financing, and of course SS pertaining to R/S. My belief is they will run it into bankruptcy and then management has 1st dips on priority of receivership with notes etc. they are owed. They should have had a new symbol ClWN as in "clowns."
