Yes it is but if they plan to dump another 27-30 mil again in next 2 weeks OS will be much higher and of course the price is barely holding now in this range. We got some support from shareholders on the bid but with 450 mil AS this can go really bad for all of us. It looks like a law suit is coming unfortunately
