Hi Cush: I do certainly appreciate the time and effort that you put into this forum. I also know that SC monitor your forum. I also realise that your relationship is very close to SC and that it would appear that you have difficulty sometimes in accepting there are issues at SC that a growing number of their clients are frustrated with.
I am a full time trader and believe me I only have the time to "whine" when there is an actual problem.
My "whining" is in fact truths associated with ongoing problems at SC in regards to their very poor customer service in keeping us informed. I believe also that when I post an issue it might help others confirm if there is a problem.
I hope you are able to see a "non-party line " point of view and trust you will continue to be tolerant and support this forum.
