I agree with you, so many failed attempts to bring this stock down

All of those big blocks sells and stock is still trading side ways. It could only mean one thing "accumulation" there are some big buyers here but they haven't pushed this stock up because they want more shares, IMHO

150 million float trading is not that much, specially for a company with a revenue of 12 million per year

I do agree that it would be better to dilute 50 million shares over 3-6 months to pay off their debts though, but I also understand right now growth is more important.
