There will be no more continuances for the appeal process in the GERS/BTZO case. Some defendants have agreed settle, others have not. The ones that did not agree to a settlement will go to court and end up paying treble damages when they lose.

I have been following the lawsuit closely. Things look very good for Bitzio, Inc. When the news hits, this vehicle will move fast and hard.
