Better;To what extent or How have DECN's interests been advanced by the giving of all these shares(Millions of shares)?

Usually there is a "return" or DECN's interests are uniquely improved as a result of stock awarding.

All I see is the enrichment of "company insiders" with no appreciable progress in DECN's prospects.

DECN's sales are anemic,Balance sheet a mess,and P&L a disaster.

Shareholder equity value declining on a quarterly basis.

"Interests"?

Whose interest?
