I have been consistently informed that this is all imminent. I believe a pr will come very shortly, talking about the merger (contingent on filings getting done in the meantime) and we will all be very happy campers. Have no reason to doubt this.

TVOG 52 week high is .03 right now?

Seems a lot of money has been made for long shareholders?
