Accumulating more and more as time rolls on. What's left of retail float can be avsorbed very fast down here & things can change very quickly.. 

Strong holders that accumulate bottoms make $. Its the people that try to trade the day to day price action that lose $ down here. Impatience is for the poor.

No dilution, small share structure, timing perfect, hasnt made a real run yet, & good sector.
