gumbi, lots of debt, lots of SG&A, lawsuits, no cash all point to problems. They will ONLY survive if they can pull more investors in thereby diluting the current shareholders. Again, not being negative, but their 10Q is typical of struggling small companies that are not making enough revenues and profits to cover expenses and debt service. Fresh Money is the ONLY way they will survive.
