Is it cyclical reasoning for one to summarize [your arguments as convincing yourself] as "support."

There were those here that aggressively disagreed with the patent-related (mis)characterizations demonstrated by your depth.

In civilized society, people do reevaluate their long held beliefs, when presented with contrary evidence. You seem to still favor your prior arguments, despite being shown strong evidence against those beliefs. cognitive dissonance - look it up.

You can argue that the "PTAB is evil" and thus nothing they say is legit either way, but at a minimum the burden of proof has switched now (having denied the 8 IPRs) such that patents are presumed valid.

it's hard to escape how wrong some were.
