Yeah it sounds to me like ERHC management was trying to take the money and never tell their shareholders about it. Why else would you deliberately hide a contract to sell a major asset by not informing your shareholders? Once again for the umteenth time we get the information from a third party source as ERHC management deliberatly hides it from us. Not good.
