Did I hear him right...on the radio interview this morning did he say there are now 450M restricted shares o/s?...150M in the float plus 450M =600M shares o/s..the financials show 500M shares o/s at 6/30/2017.

It occurs in the interview at the 45:30 mark


So they issued 100M more shares in the last quarter????
