RED ALERT: Alabama Tea Party Threatens CIVIL WAR If RINOs Don’t Seat Judge Moore After He Wins

https://www.teaparty.org/red-alert-alabama-tea-party-threatens-civil-war-rinos-dont-seat-judge-moore-wins-277912/

(TeaParty.org) – The Rainy Day Patriots Tea Party group in Alabama are fighting mad and they are making sure the RINOs in Washington, headed by milksop Mitch “Obama’s Bitch” McConnell, know they mean business.

That’s right – we are threatening open nuclear warfare against the faux conservatives on Capitol Hill after they have convicted Judge Roy Moore without a shred of evidence that he has done anything wrong.

The Rainy Day Patriots Tea Party is led by Ann Eubank, who is putting up a furious defense of the judge, whom she says has shown nothing but respect for her and all of the other women in her group.

Eubank said

“I do not recognize the Roy Moore that these ladies are describing. He has never been anything but respectful and polite to me or any other woman that I know. I’ve never heard a rumor or a whisper about Judge Moore and these kind of sexual activities. I have been in Montgomery for eight years, and believe me if it had been here, we would have heard it.”

“This is a he said-she said situation, some of which are 40 years old, that can never be proven or disproven in the amount of time we have before December 12. He has been tried and convicted by the mainstream media in the court of public opinion on just allegations. There is no concrete evidence or proof. The court of law is the proper place for these allegations to have gone, not to the media.”

Eubank says that if the Republicans try to remove Moore from the ballot or to try to unseat him after he is elected, she and her group are going to war, and it will not fare well for the Republicans in the next statewide election. She makes the point that if allegations without any shred of proof is enough to doom a candidate, you can expect allegations against all Republican candidates.

“If allegations alone are reason enough to step down, then the halls of Congress should be empty. However, this is way bigger than Judge Roy Moore and sex allegations. We are on the precipice of disaster. This election puts the Senate balance at critical mass. A Democrat must not be seated. These accusers are not telling the truth. And if Roy Moore is defeated, Alabama is the victim. If a far-left liberal Democrat Doug Jones, America is the victim. Mitch McConnell and his scorched-earth policy in Alabama is destroying the Republican Party. Should our own Alabama Republican Party remove Judge Roy Moore, disallow or decertify this election without proof of a crime — Moore supporters and conservative voters all over this state will revolt, and it will be bad for the party in next year’s statewide elections.”

“If our people do this to one of our own, how will we ever unite and move forward? This is, in my opinion, a usurpation by Mitch McConnell and the GOP of the 17th Amendment that gives voters the right to choose who we want in the Senate, not the government. If this works and Roy Moore is not elected and seated in the Senate, they will use this tactic all over the country to fight against conservatives.”

She is exactly right. Every election Gloria Allred, that notorious Liar for Hire, trots out at least one accuser to try to knock off the Republican candidate but notice not one of them files a police report on their claims. That’s because filing a false report is a CRIME.

Also, recently Allred was asked if she questioned her client with the yearbook on whether she witnessed Moore sign the yearbook. Allred replied that she hadn’t. Why not? Simple. If she allows her client to knowingly make false statements she can be disbarred. So, she never asks.

The yearbook is so questionable that it’s not funny. Yearbooks are issued at the end of a school year, not at Christmas. The writing is in two separate colors of ink. But the most damning piece of evidence is when someone wrote DA on it. The accuser, whose name isn’t fit to be published here says that she hadn’t seen Judge Moore since the 1977 incident. That was a lie.

She filed a divorce action against her ex husband which she lost. Judge Moore’s signature was placed on the document and a DA marked right beside it just like the one on the yearbook. The DA does not stand for “District Attorney,” it’s the initials of Moore’s clerk who used the stamp to affix Moore’s signature to the divorce document. That clerk’s name is Dilbert Adams and his initials meant that he had used the stamp to affix Moore’s name to a document but the accuser and Allred didn’t know that.

Go get ’em, Ann Eubank!
