Well these are two different legal entities BY DEFINITION. One and the same limited company CANNOT go by TWO different names. It is impossible. And the company that DOLV acquired owned nothing of what "Zhong Ji Ming Yang" was said to be known for: Research and Development assets and Battery manufacturing facilities.
