I think it's going out this afternoon to their PRO subscribers (--i'm not one of them). Then, after the "24 hour embargo," it will be available to general SAlpha readers (that's anyone who wants to go to their website and read the free articles)....

But remember: once the article is available for general reading, it will only be available for 30 days. I wish it were 60 days, because that would presumably extend through the time frame of the expected big PR announcing the close of purchase of RCP 3.
