People don't understand that companies can get away with BS as long as they issue warnings. Actually, the SEC ain't all it's cracked up to be. One reason is that they don't waste resources on "small potatoes" like PLSB because there's no glory in it, even if they win. They'd rather go after the big guys where the story will make the big city newspapers.
BTW, the FDA is a horse of a different color.
