Paying off RMRK's debt is good, but you don't acquire a company by paying off debt. They would need a controlling interest of shares. Now maybe there are super-voting preferreds on the books to allow this. Otherwise it would take either open market purchases or a tender type offer I guess to we RMRK holders?
