Quality Green has operated a small unlicensed grow facility for some years. I provided DD with street view photos. That's the "one facility" referred to on their website. At least they can grow and sell legally now. However, there's no benefit to BLDV until Alper finances, builds and leases a building to Quality Green. I don't see how he manages that unless he outsources the entire construction project to someone who has experience doing such things.
