Wow!!!! Just awesome.......for Wayne the scammer

So shareholders get $100.

And pay Wayne $600K to get it....and another $55K in other expenses. So why did shareholders pay anything? They were already paying Wayne a quarter mil to do this.

Typical of all of Wayne's scam's.
