That's rich. So an unaffiliated 3rd party can run a campaign that the OTC doesn't like based on it's "very clear standards" and RAKR gets slapped with a CE?? It would seem that if the OTC were concerned about helping companies get back in their good graces (whatever that looks like), they would DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR THE CE. All this speculation is absolutely maddening.
