Swings in both directions come easy at this volume, but I've got to think the IBC comments from yesterday are pushing this.

That is a strong statement. It is not forward looking. He didn't say the markets will be there, he said they are there. The only forward looking part is the intention to develop, which we would assume is at least partially dependent on Niocorp.
