If that did happen and received 144 stock for example those shares will eventually be put into accounts in 12 months for trading. Problem for that person is he won't be able to put his stock in his account because the financials are not done. Brokerages wont take stock certificates if there is a stop put on them because there is no financials.

Yes we need the financials to get a loan. You or I won't get a loan without our financials. Pending orders won't mean anything to a lender. These orders have been pending since the last 8K. Which means nothing is official yet. Lets just hope they have plenty of cash on hand until we get one of those orders.
