The Greek restaurant was an announced merger that never materialized.

I spoke with the CEO of MMHC.

I have spoken with many of Ken's friends who he convinced to buy MBHC stock.

He's responsible, because he was CEO during most of it and arranged the various mergers.

I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
