The potential would be ok and so would the PR's if it wasn't for the massive dilution that has also occured.

The float is well over 3B at this point and would not be surprised if an A/S increase is not to far off as well as a reverse split once they max out the share structure. In the matter of a few months they have diluted to the tune of 3B shares and keep issuing more debt. Hell on 9/30/17 they issued $100k in additional debt that equates to over a billion more shares
