Those two things can be catalyst, but where are the updates??? If they are diluting the heck out of this stock, you'd think it'd be to buy IOSafe but no updates since the lame "letter of intent" which is not reliable to get done. Wish we could get some updates on where they are on this. They obviously have no money so it has to be an all stock deal for the purchase of IOSafe. BVTK seems to be a bigger scam than anything to me at this point.
