Since Nov 1, ICBU has traded over 700 millions shares. Most activity I've seen in awhile. The float is around 700million shares. Exactly how many shares do they have? this so called "chris Jensen" is free to do whatever since he's not an officer or reported insider but Rick can't just freely sell his shares. First financials have to be current which didn't happen until Nov 13. Even then there may be further requirements for him since its pink sheets.
