Just so I'm clear on this...if TALK is completely revoked etc..and the stock goes totally dark and ceases trading all together..can the ticker and the same share holder base still be brought back with it? and if so how is that? Is there a period where the Ticker cannot be used by another company for so long after TALK going dark?

Maybe I'm confused here. I thought once a company went totally off the grid that was that?
