58,688 @ .29 on 11/16 @ 9:40am and the closest trade to that price recently is .21, I find that very strange. A nice $17,000 trade, but stock went straight back down. Also, if the nameless card processing ISO they just entered into an agreement with is for real, this stock could take off. A well run credit card ISO can make truck loads of money.
