With all the chaos going on, Bush and Saddam decide to meet.
Saddam tells Bush, I had a dream last night and I saw a huge banner hanging in Washington DC saying, Welcome Saddam, Our Hero.

Bush thought a minute and replied, Well, I had a dream last night too. I saw a huge banner hanging in downtown Baghdad.

Saddam asked, well what did it say?

Bush replied, I don't know, I can't read Hebrew!
