You were told there would be an 8k filed containing details, but no one said there would only be one 8k. Even if yesterday's 8k contained all of the acquisition details we were looking for, it's still not as big as the morning's PR. 2.8 million in revs is nice, but they can easily make that on a properly marketed line of HDTVs through the holiday season, IMO.
