He has been talking about "equity investors" since February 2016...and offers, offers, offers....

...just never seems to take one up on it. LOL.

Since you are new to the board...this is his shtick...vague and enticing tweets...and then at some point an 8K that is a "let down".

And people wonder why this drops on "news".

It is as obvious as day and night.

It will be interesting to see what the "win-win" is with the note holders.

BVTK will want to delay the note conversions...and the note holders will want more money...

We will see how that comes about.
