He identified what he thinks is a shortcoming, and very well seems to be, but now we are defined as a scam because of it.

Diamond and CW don't show up until the 4th/5th page of that Google search (Which nobody will ever get to, consider that unlisted as well)

This appears to not be a focus of the main players. So either they are all idiots, or just maybe the company was telling the truth when they said they've evaluated this and didn't care to focus on it. Their focus is on social media and email. You can decide to stay or go knowing that.
