For me the best news would be confirmation about not owning 100% of TRW, but 36,6%, and this being evident by the other partners stepping up or coming forward

The Swede already showed you the HK filings, where SIAF owns 36.6%.
And I just showed you how to find the partners in my last post.

The only thing we don't have is an appraisal report of TRW. But that's probably because we have a minority interest.

So if we could just make the other owners of TRW to step forward, disclose themselves and take board position or representation in TRW, I believe those claims will collapse

One thing I have learned the past 7 years regarding Chinese stocks, is that transparency matters, yes, but you cannot convince the skeptics, ever. People who have already made up their mind (because they sold, or because it suits them, or because they don't want to be in pain all the time) would rather die than have to admit that their P/E = 1 stock is very real.

Think about it, who needs the aggrevation. You have to be stone cold, or very determined, or very greedy and stupid, or very smart and objective, to be in this stock or any other Chinese company.

The only way to solve this issue is by paying quarterly cash dividends smile
