Your post to Valerie123 made reference to the list of names included in the 2014 and most recent 10-Q filing as being non-accredited "mom and pop" investors.

At the end of each of those lists (which we provided a image of from each of the 10-Q's) states that these monies were part of a 506(c) offering.

As you have already pointed out, a 506(c) offering may consist ONLY of "accredited investors"

Hence, your supposition that these are "mom and pop" unsophisticated investors is inaccurate.
