What we are disputing are your references to the monies being raised at 0.75 cents in 2014 and the most recent monies raised at 0.20 cents coming from "mom and pop" types when clearly it states that those investors were part of a 506(c) private placement offering, albeit a different one from the 506(c) offering specifically to raise monies for the purchase of the INEOS plant.
