Many years ago, I am certain that you can find it in the old Skunk Blog pages, DW signed over HIS patents to GERS for a very significant piece of the net award resulting from this litigation. DW is Dave Wisness the technical guru behind the GERS' technology. I do not have time now to search out the details, but the percentage was large, greater than 20% I think. If I am correct and IF this agreement is still in force that would change your calculations as well.

This is a nice exercise, but I for one will not be waiting around to find out the details -- only for the splash associated with the big number. A lot of fish will plunge into that sea, thinking like many recent newbies that a significant portion will accrue to the common shareholders.
