PB, jnsh settlement may be close

Exerpt from the ccgi 10q,
The Company answered the second amended complaint on August 16, 2017. The deadline for the parties to complete discovery is December 8, 2017. The next status hearing on the matter is set for December 8, 2017. As of September 30, 2017, the Company accrued a $750,000 liability in connection with its settlement offer to JNS. The parties are in the process of documenting a settlement.
