Our two new external BOD members, Bamforth and Walsh would seem to hold a connection in that both companies are funded by Ampersand Capital which has seats on both businesses. One might wonder why two CDMO folks were brought on so quickly, perhaps this is who Avid was being sold off to? you have two board members, that are CEO's in same industry as Avid. No concern by PPHM that internal competitive IP could be divulge to Brammer or Avista . hmmm another investment firm, or hedge in the mix wink
